YOUR KONCEPTS, OUR CREATION

Bring us the idea. We'll build the software.

Custom software, web and mobile apps, and AI automation for owners who want to work on their business instead of in it.

  • You own every account, always
  • Fixed scope, milestone billing
  • Working software every sprint

01_ WHAT WE BUILD

Software shaped around how your business already runs

Not a template bent to fit. We start from the bottleneck and build the smallest thing that removes it.

  • Custom software & web apps

Internal tools, dashboards, client portals and platforms built around your actual workflow.

  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android, published to developer accounts registered in your company's name.

  • Websites

Marketing sites and landing pages that load fast, rank, and stay editable by your team.

  • AI integration & automation

Automation and AI features with test sets, guardrails, cost caps, and a human reviewing anything consequential.

  • Takeover & rescue

Parted ways with a developer? We assess the code first and commit to dates second, never the other way round.

  • Maintenance & support

Monitoring, backups with tested restores, security patching, and a written response-time commitment.

02_ HOW WE WORK

You always know what's being built, what it costs, and where it stands

  1. Step 01: Discovery call

Forty-five minutes with both founders. We map the problem and what it costs you today — not just the feature list you arrived with.

  2. Step 02: Scope & proposal

A written scope with an explicit out-of-scope list and testable acceptance criteria. For larger or unclear work, a paid discovery phase first — credited toward the build.

  3. Step 03: Build in sprints

One to two week sprints. Every sprint ends with working software you can click through in staging, plus a weekly report showing hours burned against plan.

  4. Step 04: Test & launch

You test against the criteria we agreed in writing. Launch runs off a checklist: verified backup, rollback plan, monitoring and alerts live before anyone sees it.

  5. Step 05: Warranty & support

Two weeks of close monitoring after launch, then a warranty period where defects are fixed at no charge. A support plan after that is optional, never assumed.

04_ WHY KONCEPT

Commitments we put in the contract, not just on the website

Most of what goes wrong between a business and its developer is about control. Here is how we remove that question up front.

  • You own your accounts

Repositories, cloud hosting, domains, app store listings — all registered to you from day one. We're invited in, and you can uninvite us.

  • Built to be handed over

Setup guides, architecture notes and operational runbooks ship with the code, so any competent team could take it on — including after us.

  • No surprise invoices

Scope changes are priced and signed before work starts. You never open an invoice for something you didn't agree to.

  • Your data stays out of consumer AI

We use enterprise API tiers with training disabled, and we'll show you the retention terms in writing before anything touches a model.

05_ READINESS CHECK

Not sure you're ready to start? Two minutes will tell you.

Four questions from the discovery call we'd have anyway. No email required, no price quoted — just what you've settled and what's worth thinking about first.

01 What exists today?
  • A sketch or written description of the outcome you want — even a napkin version helps.

  • Access to the spreadsheet or prototype, and who uses it day to day.

  • Your contract with the previous developer, so we can confirm who owns the code.

02 How clear is the outcome?
  • What the problem costs you now — hours, errors or lost sales. That shapes the whole build.

  • How you will measure success at three and twelve months.

  • The requirements document, plus which items are genuinely must-have.

03 What's driving the timeline?
  • Nothing extra — a flexible timeline usually means a better-scoped build.

  • The date and what happens if it slips by two weeks.

  • The hard date and what was promised to whom, so we can tell you honestly if it is reachable.

04 What data will it hold?
  • Nothing extra on data — a standard setup covers it.

  • Where that data lives now, and who currently has access to it.

  • Any compliance requirements you are already subject to — this changes the architecture.

06_ START A PROJECT

Tell us what you're building

A few sentences is plenty. If it's a fit, we'll come back with times for a discovery call.

Already have software and need someone to take it over? Say so — that's a different first conversation and we'll treat it as one.
